SALES ASSOCIATE

X-Link, developed by Easy Business Software is a middleware used by doctors to support a wide variety of medical technology products. X-Link Medical Software Interfacing supports over 380 software vendors and service providers, 1,700 resellers and 22,000 medical providers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work independently and/or with sales and customer service to research industry trends and customer workflow, nurture and maintain relationships with current customers and attract new business partners and clients.

DUTIES

  • Make 30-45 sales calls per day
  • Provide customer service
  • Keep track of medical technology and industry trends
  • Understand medical software terminology and industry standards for software requirements
  • Understand Electronic Medical Billing and medical office workflow
  • Establish relationships with medical associations like AAFP, MGMA and CMS
  • Contact business partners to inform
  • Contact customers on a regular basis to educate
  • Keep track of calls and sales on spreadsheets
  • Update customer information and correspondence in EBS database

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a high school diploma
  • At least 2 years of college and a medical or healthcare background are desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass a drug test, background check and reference check
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Must have strong computer, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • The ability to work independently and on a team
  • The ability to meet deadlines under short time constraints

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of the Help Desk Technician is to deliver quality end user support services to Easy Business Software global clients.  This role requires excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills as well as patience, customer friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.  Strong technical experience supporting applications and hardware are a necessity.

  • Respond to support requests placed by internal customers via telephone, email or chat.
  • Perform troubleshooting to resolve or escalate to the appropriate next level support.
  • Work with third party software support technicians and developers to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
  • Analyze, research and resolve complex application and interfacing issues.
  • Logging and managing service requests and incidents.
  • Use trending data to generate technical documentation and update knowledge database.
  • Collaborate with developers and team members in application testing, upgrades and deployment.

COMPTETENCIES

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

Knowledge in:

  • PC desktop, laptop and server hardware and software configurations
  • Utilize tools such as Helpdesk work order system, Remote Control Software, Skype for Business messaging, and GoldMine CRM
  • Client Server applications
  • Email and Calendar Systems
  •  VPN, Firewall and network connectivity
  • Domain environments using Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of SQL queries and statements

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and preferably a four year business/technical degree although work experience may compensate
  • Two or more years of prior work experience in a technical support or call center environment
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task in a high paced environment as a helpdesk representative
  • Applicant should have experience installing software on workstations and servers as well as training end users on how to use the software
  • Must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and fully resolve issues related to the supported medical software products
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass a drug test, background check and reference check

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • An understanding of electronic medical billing and medical office workflow are desired.
  • Knowledge of medical practice management systems (such as Lytec, Medisoft, AdvancedMD, Misys Tiger, Medical Manager) and electronic medical record programs (such as AmazingCharts, SOAPware, Practice Partner, SpringCharts) are a plus.
