AdvancedMD and LynxPM
Modified X-Link to remember last server assigned to user. This speeds up initial access by X-Link upon each start up of X-Link and reduces traffic at AdvancedMD's Customer Server Cluster.
Modified X-Link to use AdvancedMD's new API server cluster as per AdvancedMD. This removes one server redirect when X-Link determines you current server assignment is no longer valid. This speeds up the server reassignment process by X-Link and reduces traffic at AdvancedMD's Customer Server Cluster.
