Lytec Support Services

Easy Business Software provides support services for Lytec Users and Resellers. Rates are hourly and are currently $150 per hour. Charges are prorated based on actual time used with a minimum $40 charge. All versions of Lytec are supported for assistance with installation, setup, training and on-going support questions. We can create or modify insurance claim formats, statements formats, superbill formats and other custom reports. Data repair services are a specialty of our support department with clients nationwide depending on our expertise.

Easy Business Software also provides conversion services for all versions of Lytec and for many popular medical and dental software packages. Custom Report Writing and Interfacing are provided by our development department. See other sections for more detailed information.

Lytec Training Seminar

A half-day session of Lytec Training will be given at no cost when one Lytec Training Seminar is purchased. You have the power to decide which course you take, whether you would like to train on collections, billing and accounts receivable, appointment scheduling, custom reports and utilities, daily accounting activities or cash flow and management.

The Lytec Training Seminar will take place at Easy Business Software's new office location. We are currently located at the Copperstone Building, 3632 Land O Lakes Blvd. Suite 101, Land O Lakes, FL 34639. www.jlckgroup.com Lodging and Airports nearby, just north of Tampa.

Btrieve Support Services

Easy Business Software as a Pervasive Software Solution Partner, provides support services for Btrieve and other Pervasive Software Products. This support includes Windows 3.X and Windows 95 peer-to-peer, Windows NT Client/Server, and Citrix WinFrame environments. Services include defining recommended environments, assistance with installation and configuration of these data base products, and file repair. Custom programming is also available for most data base products.

Ride the Waves is our annual event in which we will be introducing new products and concepts that you can't afford to miss including Lytec.
